    To shop Our Store, simply find the F.M. Tiller Brand™ product you want and click the PayPal™ Add To Buggy button. In the Our Store Paypal™ Shopping Cart, select the quantity of the product you wish to purchase. To keep shopping in Our Store, click the Continue Shopping button; you can always check what's in your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the View Your Buggy button on the bottom of the F.M. Tiller Brand™ web site at any time. To check out, click the Check Out button in Our Store's Paypal™ Shopping Cart to figure out your final tab.

    Our Store accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover - as well as debit cards - through PayPal™, our online shopping buggy (cart, for you Yankees) and secure transaction host. You do NOT need a PayPal™ account to pay us, but if you have one, you can use that too.

    Click either Check Out button in Our Store's Paypal™ Shopping Cart. Enter your payment information, shipping and billing addresses, and contact information. Click Pay Now, and we'll ring up your order through PayPal™ and send it to you as soon as we can.

    Shipping To You

    We ship your order from our business hometown of Atlanta. We use good ol' Southern Federal Express (FedEx) to do our shipping.

    We're going do our best to get you your order as fast as we can. However, the time it takes for you to get your lip-smackin' good F.M. Tiller Brand™ products depends on the availability of an item and when it leaves our warehouse. We count delivery time from the time your order leaves our warehouse, not from the time you place your order. One other thing - FedEx does not consider the day they receive the shipment, weekends, or holidays in their delivery guarantees.

    You don't have to figure out how much to pay the good FedEx folks in Memphis - shipping costs are included in the price of F.M. Tiller Brand™ products.

    Taxes

    Just like with everything else in life, the "revenuers" want their share of your good F.M. Tiller Brand™ flavor. Our Store is set up to charge 8% sales tax on top of your order.

    Privacy

    Smokehouse Foods is devoted to protecting your privacy online. We collect personal information on our site visitors that they knowingly volunteer. We make every attempt to design the web site so that it is obvious to you when we are requesting information from you. We also will attempt, to the best possible extent, to provide you an opportunity to avoid sharing such personal information. All customer data that is collected is protected against unauthorized access.

    This information is used to improve the content of the F.M. Tiller Brand™ web site and to provide more information about the F.M. Tiller Brand™ line of products. We also use it to improve our customer service. At present, we do NOT share any volunteered data with ANY third party vendors; we don't appreciate spam ourselves - unless you're serving it with Marvin's Sauce™ or grilling it with Effie Mae's Mop™ - and we certainly don't want to pass it along to one of our customers.

    We may periodically update this privacy policy, so be sure to check it on a regular basis.

    Our Return "Policy"

    We understand sometimes you buy things you later wished you hadn't. We'll try our best not to do that to you. But please keep in mind that if it does happen, unfortunately, we do not have a return policy and will not refund purchases. We apologize for being this way, but we just can't take back opened food items.

    However...we WILL refund or replace items that arrive broken in shipment. Please snap a pic with that smartphone of yours of the item broken in the box, e-mail it to us, and we'll be in touch about making it right for you.
